About Yuen Biao.. I fear that he might be pulled into TVB's evil domain. I was just flipping through the channels the other day and saw Yuen Biao in some TVB serial drama. After getting pass the 'HOLY SHIT! Yuen Biao on my tv!!' moment, I am watching that drama semi-religiously now.

Turning Point was bland movie and EU was just okay series, but Laughing Gor character in the tv series really is quite interesting (movie one I could care less for).

I really wasn't affected much emotionally by Bodyguards and Assassins as I usually am by heroic movies. Person I cared most about was Nic Tse surprisingly.

Hi Marc, I respectfully request that you see BODYGUARDS AND ASSASSINS first and then get back to me. Donnie takes out horses with ease in EMPRESS, but in BODYGUARDS the outcome isn't so simple. I'm sure Donnie Yen doesn't like horses, but this time around, THE HORSE DOESN'T LIKE DONNIE.

I hate to refresh your memory about this movie, Kozo, but AN EMPRESS AND THE WARRIORS also had a brief Donnie Yen vs. Horse moment, and my guess is the horse suffers a similar fate in BODYGUARDS. Donnie Yen doesn't like horses!

The generic elements aren’t hard to catch. VENGEANCE involves a French chef (Johnny Hallyday) who was once a FULLTIME KILLER, but now he seeks FINAL JUSTICE against the EXECUTIONERS who put his daughter (Sylvie Testud) in the hospital and her family in the morgue. A HEROIC TRIO of gangland assassins (Anthony Wong, Lam Suet, Gordon Lam) offers to HELP him with his MISSION while risking being EXILED by their over-the-top triad boss (Simon Yam). However, the chef is RUNNING OUT OF TIME thanks to a BULLET IN THE HEAD that may result in a SCARRED MEMORY.

lol, I hope B&A will be remake as TVB series so I can learn more about other supporting characters. Also is it just me to think at that certain scene the little girl was out-acting our beloved Donnie :)

Turning Point is a bit or hugely overrated. I've never watched the tv show, so when I watched the movie I didn't have any kind of expectation or background of the charecters. Well, the film is pretty boring and the characters are poor developed.

Hope I can see the other movies soon.
