Interesting in that it looks like with GOD OF GAMBLERS in at #7 that Andy Lau won't be in a top 5 film (since I tend to agree with the predictions of A above, in terms of remaining titles).

Also interesting too when you consider that Andy is still the only one who really gives a hoot about HK films today (with the arguable exception of Tsui Hark, other key players have either passed away, retired, or gone to China.

God Of Gamblers at number 7? I thought it should be at least make it to TOP 5. During 1989-1990, The movie was box office champs in the whole Asian country. If they make God of Gamblers 3 with CYF, I bet it will earn more money than KUNG FU HUSTLE at the box office.

Another Wong Jing movie's CASINO RAIDERS seems to be forgotten here. The movie didn't even make to TOP 100. Such a pity, the sequel CASINO RAIDERS 2 make into TOP 100 list for the previous voting.

Showdown between Jackie and CYF will continue with CYF has 2 more movies to go and Jackie left with 1 movie. I really can't think of the other 2 movies.

I'm happy to see that Jackie Chan's best movie was reserved for the top 5. Can't wait to see FANTASY MISSION FORCE at number 1.

GoG has great significances and I can see why it got better votes than Project A. Superior entertainment values and popularity, the featuring of Andy Lau as the protege was inspiring in retrospect. We certainly want to give a lot of love and thanks to Jingster for his contributions in entertainment and salute to his money-raking skills in the 80's. That was exactly who Jackie Chan was saluting to in the poster. It was my #10 of 10.

3 movies from my list ended up here and it probably ends here. The rest of my list can be found in the oblivion. I would have to say CYF and the theme "kill" are going to be in the finals, and that has to be 100 Ways to Kill Your Wife.
