Congrats on the big 3-0-0! That’s darn impressive what with you juggling grad school and the big “L” (as in “Life”). Looking forward to the next 300 and beyond!

Re: online pseudonyms, I got sick of mine a long, long time ago. But I’m going in the opposite direction; rather than going back to plain ‘ol Yin, I’m debating dropping everything and just keeping the “Y”. Kinda like Mister “X” on Twitch.com. Virtually unGoogleable.

Congratulations! Now I am off to read the review.

I saw Yojimbo and Sanjuro at a double feature at the old Biograph theater in Washington, D.C. in 1982 when I was 15.

And when I rewatched both films in 2004 or so, I preferred Sanjuro to Yojimbo for some reason, though Yojimbo is the one that gets attention and remakes.
