Knowing what little I do of Sing he is far too controlling and his ego far too big not to have an enormous amount of creative control. Now Let's cast this sucker!!! Firstly Uncle Tat MUST be in it!!!! I would love to see Andy Lau and or Francis as the main Villians and I hope there is a grizzled Hard Boiled "Jim Gordon" type cop role for Sean Lau. Also love to see Ti Lung in this as some sort of mentor. And the less of Seth Rogan's dumb ass the better. Cecilia Cheung (a well groomed version) could be quite cute as a fem fatale, but I would be happier with Karen Mok as a seductress. Knowing Sing though any love interest for Kato will be at least half his age (good to be the king) I hope they let Sing play it light but not Wong Jing light.
