About “Damn You, Kozo!”

River City Ransom!“Take that, Kozo!”

Damn You, Kozo! is a blog about nothing, plus if we have time, Asian Film. The writer is some guy named Webmaster Kozo, who runs a website called LoveHKFilm.com. In 2002, LoveHKFilm.com started life as the 242,583rd most read Asian Cinema website. Since then, it has steadily climbed the ranks, clawing past older sites and departed ones, until it firmly became the 134,045th most read Asian Cinema website. Our climb has since stalled. Hopefully, we’ll improve our standing once we get some site improvements, and the Webmaster gets a personality transplant.

This blog was created to commemorate the death of the former LoveHKFilm.com feature called Life with Kozo. That series of unsolicited and frankly random Webmaster columns was once updated every 2 months, and since ceased to be. That’s why it was killed. ‘Twas a happy death.

Damn You, Kozo! takes up the fallen cause, providing a place for the Webmaster of LoveHKFilm.com to talk about whatever he damn pleases. Typically, the topics will have something to do with Hong Kong or Asian films. Sometimes, the topics may cover LoveHKFilm.com or the general state of things.

Things this blog will not discuss are:

  • The indie rock scene
  • Happy Slapping
  • The apparent fall of Western Civilization
  • Paris Hilton
  • Politics in the Middle East
  • Lyme Disease
  • Magic: The Gathering
  • The works of Upton Sinclair
  • Alibaba.com
  • Global Warming
  • Clowns

We hope you enjoy Damn You, Kozo! If not, then you may queue up to complain. The line forms to the left.
